I'm Adrian — A Chef from the Costa Brava
I’m Adrian, a culinary professional with roots tracing back to the picturesque shores of Spain’s Costa Brava. Raised in a charming fishing village nestled amidst mountainous terrain, my childhood was a fusion of oceanic delights and the comforting aromas of traditional family recipes.
My journey in hospitality commenced at the age of 14 in a seafood restaurant overlooking the sea. Over the years I refined my craft across France, Portugal, Norway, the Canary Islands, and ultimately Australia — where I discovered my deep passion for Mediterranean cuisine.
Now I offer my extensive culinary repertoire through Caliu Catering, with a commitment to excellence and a dedication to creating unforgettable dining experiences.
